When we adopt or keep a puppy out of our own breedings, it is with the sole purpose of improving our breeding program. Some times these puppies don't turn out to be what we were expecting, and we make them available to a loving home to do what they know best, to be a family pet.  Prior to make them available, all of them are up to date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention.

Some times we get a girl that is not the best mom candidate, either because she can't get pregnant or because she had a hard time having and/or raising a litter. Ultimately, Some of our breeding boys and girls, once they retire, usually at the age of 4-6 years old, they become available for placement too.

Some times, it isn't easy to let them go, but we know they'll enjoy life better as a pet with one to one attention in a loving home.
